Mood Board

I get inspiration for my blog from everywhere. Sometimes I get it when I’m on a packed bus on the way to uni. Sometimes it’s when I’m lying in bed at night and sometimes it’s when I’m in the shower. Being an Art History student, I often get it in lectures when we are looking at a piece of art.

However, yesterday I got it from Blaze Danielle’s blog. In her wonderful post ‘What I wake up with…’ she has created a mood board of images which convey her emotion at that time. She then opens it up to her readers to suggest a title for the collection.

So, after hearing today that somebody very close to me is hurting, I came up with these. I wanted to get across a feeling of solitude but also of positivity and hope.

Can you think of a title for this collection?

These photos are beautiful!! :) I would call the series, “Quiet Adventure.” You know that feeling when you are independent and walking around town? That’s always when I get most inspired! I also think of these photos as visual snapshots from a traveler’s journal. They are pure poetry! ;)

Thanks for tagging me! :) I will put your blog in my sidebar as “I’ve been mentioned in these beautiful blogs!” :)

Thanks!!

Beautiful photos! I especially love the last one!

“Quiet Adventure” is a perfect title Danielle. The person in mind when I was putting together the pictures would benefit massivly from some time out and a quite adventure.
Thankyou for your comment too Tizzalicious, I think either the last picture or the one with the lone chair are my favourites :D

Lovely collection, your blog is beautiful. When I first looked I thought the pictures together looked peaceful. :)

I feel peace and serentiy when I look at those photos…

Thank you for finding my blog, I love yours as well!

Very lovely photos, I feel an inner calm that the water and far off places can bring….a respite for the soul
